2009: University of Liverpool: Mumagi completed Architecture BA at the University of Liverpool, where he explored the links between music and architecture in his design projects.

2006: Suitcase Press: Mumagi provided a poem for the 'Hair' poetry anthology for Common Word and Suitcase Press.

2006: A-Cube Architects: Mumagi designed the original website for this young architects practice based in Manchester UK.

2005: Meshell N'degeocello: Mumagi performed as part of Meshell's European tour.

2004: Blue Beard: Mumagi composed and performed with Marta Angelozzi' shaddow art piece.

2003: London International Jazz Festival: Mumagi Dukru performed at and co-organized the Kontext event at this festival.

2003: Half Moon Theatre: Mumagi collaborated on music workshops for disadvantaged children in the East End of London.

1999-2002: Lost: Dance nights featuring the originators of Detroit techno with Steve Bicknel, Jeff Mills, Derrick May and Andrew Weatherall: Mumagi DuKru provided live musound for this event.

1999-2002: SOAS: Mumagi studied one year of Ethno Musicology and two years of African Studies at SOAS, University of London.
